Velaya is the most exclusive development in Estepona and Málaga, thanks to its iconic design and enviable location on the seafront.

Our scope included project management of a residential complex in Estepona, in collaboration with developers Stoneweg and Jamsa.

The most complex part was Permitting management, where we had to deal with several administrations due to legal regulations and public restrictions, due to the location of the plot.

We managed:

  • the preparation phase during engineering,
  • procurement
  • tendering for the General contractor as well as other packages,
  • realization phase construction management until project closing
