Detailed Design Pringles Building
Procte & Gamble consumer's good giant announced back in 2012 the complete sale of its snacks unit, including the iconic potato snack Pringles to the world's largest cereal maker Kellogg's, which was created more than 100 years ago and established in 180 countries worldwide.
This project is a spin-off of O560 Carveout, due to the divestiture between P&G and Kellogg's. In order to achieve an independent production for both parties, all existing utilities and facilities had to be split and were foreseen in a separate building. As a result, the new office building will host both offices as well as the facilities mentioned above.
IPS was engaged in the design and project management of the project.IPS mission includes basic and detailed design of the architecture, structure and utilities of the building. The Project Manager which was done in parallel including the permitting, procurement, site supervision, etc.
