Setting a new standard for resort residences on the Costa del Sol

The project consisted in the project management of a residential complex in Cala de Mijas, along with CTH Capital. This promotion was focused on second residences.

Lotus is the second phase of a residential masterplan called Jardinana and it is located in elevated position with sea views. The most challenging part was the schedule and cost management. IPS achieve to keep the construction under budget and within the time schedule forecasted.

Everything under BREEAM green certification
