Exclusive complex with an unbeatable location on the Costa del Sol
Jade Tower is an exclusive residential complex in a prime location of the Costa del Sol: only a stride away from the beach
The project consisted in the project management of a residential building in Fuengirola, along with Cordia Homes. This promotion was focused on second luxury residences.
The most complex part was the first technical assessments with several changes in the design phase. We begun with the consultancy phase, architectural coordination, procurement with the tender of the General contractor and construction mgmt.
We managed:
- the preparation phase during engineering,
- procurement
- tendering for the General contractor as well as other packages,
- realization phase construction management until project closing
