Business Development Representative | Corporate BD | Spain
We are now looking for a new colleague who join the company as Business Development Representative (BDR), who help us reach our Market Growth objectives. Your goals will include generating new leads, outreaching out to potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and following up on marketing campaigns, introducing our company and new services to both new and existing clients, and daily contact with international colleagues for the offers coordination. Best of all? You can decide of your own office location, either from the beautiful city of Madrid or from our offices in Barcelona, less than 10 minutes away from the beach!
Your Challenge
- Be responsible for your assigned region(s), by building and maintaining a pipeline of marketing leads;
- Generate new leads within your assigned region(s) and accounts, by outbound identification and development;
- Generate new sales opportunities within assigned region(s) and accounts, by inbound identification and development;
- Follow-up on marketing campaigns: you will be successful thanks to the collaboration with our Marketing Team and the great educational materials you can distribute to your prospects;
- Get back the fun! By attending networking events in your assigned region(s);
- Contribute to the good news: we’ll make your life easier with automation! Keep track of all your sales activities in our CRM.
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field;
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Skills:
- Determination and tenacity to overachieve on your targets;
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
- Structure and solution orientation;
- Hunger to learn high added value solutions and products;
- Digital approach, enjoying working via phone and other social media to reach your goals;
- Literate data skills;
- Team player mindset, you wish to outstand as an individual at the service of the collective purpose;
- Entrepreneur and proactive attitude towards finding solutions to fit perfectly with our DNA.
Languages:
- Professional English needed (it is the corporate language).
- French, Dutch OR German as a second language is a must: C1/C2 level;
- Spanish or another eastern language is a plus to have fun with our colleagues.
Other:
Ambition to move into an Account Manager position;
Willingness to punctual traveling depending on events or business needs.
