Since 1992, the year of its foundation, when the group was represented solely by its founder, ir. Luc Tasiaux, the company is continiously and steadily growing due to accumulation of internal competence, and building up a strong team of highly self motivated and committed to the projects specialists in diverse engineering fields. In 2008, the group counts worldwide a team of 29 senior project engineers, 14 project engineers, 39 junior project engineers, 14 project assistants and 7 technical designers.

Group-IPS bases its successes purely on its human resources, as of operating in a dynamic and fastly changing environment, being responsilbe of agile and timely decision making during the whole industrial project lifecycle.
