while the other 50% works on Small Projects or individual
missions.
However, due to our flexible approach, we can start
8 to 10 large and 50 to 75 small projects per year.
Today, the maximum number of IPS staff working simultaneously
on a single project is 13.
Large projects require an average staffing of 5 IPS
employees.
