Competence Center - Nivelles, Belgium

The IPS s.a. Competence Centre will be situated in the new 84ha Business Park "Les Portes de l'Europe" in Nivelles, Brussels South. On 26.11.04 an agreement was set up between IBW (Intercommunale Brabant Wallon) and IPS s.a. to purchase a 5.000 m2 plot with an optional 2.000 m2 for future extension. The construction will be performed between May 2005 and June 2006.
