Description of the Position (Duties and
Responsibilities) |
As an employee of IPS, you will actively
participate in a wide range of project work,
ranging from small improvements to large industrial
constructions. The management of your project
can include multiple phases and/or disciplines:
Project preparation
- Investments analysis (process definition,
basic design layout, budget, feasibility study)
- Permitting (architecture, environment,
permit request, local negotiations)
- Procurement (basic specification, purchase
strategy, integrated inquiry, contractual
agreements)
Project realisation
- Project management (project administration,
quality/quantity management)
- Layout
- Time schedule
- Cost control
- Site and safety management
- Commissioning/validation
- CE certification

Job Requirements |
You are assertive, flexible, creative, communicative,
motivated and well-organized. You are a team
player, able and willing to take initiative
and to travel frequently.
You are dynamic, rigorous, organized and stress-resistant
with excellent communication skills. You also
have an excellent adaptive capacities as well
as great flexibility. Innovator, you are open
to new ideas/developments.
As a representative of IPS you know how to be
diplomatic and discreet in customer contacts,
without forgetting the interests of IPS. You
are also able to work independently.
- Education: Engineering degree civil, industrial
of bio-engineer AND Environmental coordinator
type A
- Languages: Dutch, French and English fluent
spoken and written, knowledge of other languages
is an asset.
- Experience : 2 - 5 years
- Software knowledge: MS Office, MS Project,
Autocad
- Driver license B
