The company ARCH@IPS is a support
company of group-IPS, with architectural projects
as its main focus.
Although the focus of the company will be the
conception of architectural projects, other
engineering aspects proper to buildings constructions
(stability, HVAC, natural ventilation…) are
also part of the core activities. |

Description of the Position (Duties and
Responsibilities) |
- Participation in international competitions
- Creation of architectural projects
- Preparation, follow-up and coordination
of permitting
- Follow-up of construction
- Assistance with acceptance (provisional
and definitive)

Mainly

Job Requirements |
- Master in architecture, architectural
engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an architectural
office
- Experience in projects in the public
domain is a plus
- Driver license B
- Languages: Bilingual French/Dutch, fluent
knowledge of English

creative, communicative, motivated and well-organised.
You are able and willing to take initiative,
and you are also a team player.
As a representative of IPS at the customer’s
you know how to be diplomatic and discreet,
without forgetting the interests of IPS.
