Description of the Position (Duties and
Responsibilities) |
•
Being implemented in all steps of the study
and the realisation of architectural projects.
• Making simulations to define the optimal solution
concerning the acclimating and the (natural)
lightning of the buildings
• Participation in energy audits for buildings,
organising, reporting, initiating of revamp
projects…
• Developing of the expertise in sustainable
architecture by self-study, simulations, training… |

Job Requirements |
•
University Diploma
• PC-literate
• Driver license B
• Languages: Dutch and/or French (very good),
English (very good). Knowledge of other languages
is a definite plus.
• 2 to 5 years of experience
• expertise in the field of energy in buildings,
HVAC, natural lightning… is a mayor advantage
• experience in a engineering or architectural
office is a plus
You are assertive, flexible,
creative, communicative, motivated and well-organised.
You are able and willing to take initiative,
and you are also a team player.
As a representative of IPS at the customer’s
you know how to be diplomatic and discreet,
without forgetting the interests of IPS.
