Evolution towards Bio-Engineering

Biotechnology was first added to our range of activities in 1997.

Combining bio and pharmaceutical skills and methods with our experience in various sectors of industry forms the key to a cost effective, timely and qualitative realisation for even the most demanding industries.
I.P.S. Industrial Bio - Engineering offers a quick and flexible response towards a sector which is subject to continuously changing demands from industry itself and as regards the legal framework.

Goals

Centralisation of knowledge
Technical support for Group-IPS activities
Interaction with other Competence Units
Own development

What we offer is more then 10 years of experience in a wide range of industrial projects, the logistic possibilities of a young ambitious engineering company, and especially state-of-the-art technology that will give the added value to your project.

(4) CERES - Renovation of Buildings

Sikel - Ultra Filtration Sikel - Pre-FiltrationSikel - Acid Retardation installation
(5) Sikel - Ultra Filtration

Purpose of the installation is to recuperate degreasing product for re-use, by separating oil
and dirt from the mix through the use of ceramic ultra
filtration membranes.

(5) Sikel - Pre-Filtration, Acid Retardation Installation

Separation of FeSO4 from H2SO4 in the pickling section, reducing volume of pickling fluids sent to water treatment, in turn reducing the volume of sludge produced and the H2SO4 consumption.

Sikel - Sludge Distribution Installation Sikel - Ion Exchange Installation Coil - Study of the Waste Water Treatment Installation
(5) Sikel - Sludge Distribution Installation

Completely automated installation for transport
and distribution of metal hydroxide sludge, avoiding environmental contamination. The sludge is automatically distributed to maximum
capacity into the sludge containers present.

(5) Sikel - Ion Exchange Installation

Treatment of effluent in order to reduce the level of heavy metals present to acceptable levels for discharge purposes (PARCOM-standards).

(6) Coil - Study of the Waste Water Treatment Installation
Coil - Caustic Etch Regeneration Hayes Lemmerz - Waste Water Treatment Installation Coil - Environmental Permitting
(6) Coil - Caustic Etch Regeneration

The Caustic Etch Regeneration (CER) process is a continuous flow treatment system for controlling the aluminium concentration of the caustic
etch solutions used for etching aluminium in the etch bath of the production line.

(7) Hayes Lemmerz - Waste Water Treatment Installation

The dimensioning, engineering and study of the market for a water treatment installation for Hayes Lemmerz (Hoboken).

(8) Coil - Environmental Permitting
